The curse of the slow internet

UK Broadband industry leaders have admitted that ultra-fast internet is slow in Britain. I'll be honest with you, I've known this for the past 7 or so years as have other people. Perhaps if these "leaders" went outside the country and looked at some statistics they'd notice the lack of speed from UK based broadband. At least it's not the worst speeds in the world as many other European countries have it far worse off.
